  • Product Availability: We cannot guarantee constant stock. If a supplier is unable to fulfill an order, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue a full refund immediately.

3. SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND IMPORTATION
As the purchaser, you are considered the Importer of Record.
  • Customs & Duties: You are responsible for complying with all local import laws and for paying any potential customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
  • Delivery Estimates: Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics carriers, customs inspections, or unforeseen international events.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
